Boot your device into TWRP Recovery.

Go to Wipe → Advanced Wipe and wipe System, Data, Cache & Dalvik.

Install lineage-14_1-j3xnlte.zip from TWRP.

Tap Add More Zips and install ClaasOS-1.0-Addon-v5.zip.

Wipe Cache / Dalvik again, then tap Reboot System.
